The congress version of the IT-governance game takes approximately one hour to play, including the interwoven evaluation. The following are necessary to play the congress version:

for both versions 5 and 6

• materials to be borrowed from Jeroen J van Beele
• supervisor(s) executing the follwing roles:
  • IT manager
  • evaluation master
• to be printed (see zip-file below)
  
  • this instruction
  • description of the starting positions
  • hand outs containing the game rules

necessary for version 5 and optional for version 6 

• windows computer
• beamer
• powerpoint presentation containing introduction slides (see zip-file below)

necessary for version 5

• application (see zip-file below)
  • some windows versions require msvbvm50.dll (see zip-file below)

in case (only version 6) no computer is used it is advised to use a

• flipover
