  • the bank issues this happy money whenever some entity like a person, an organisation or a company brings happiness into this world
  • any entity in the possession of happy money can transfer it's happy money to any other entity that it thinks deserves it
  • companies can bundle their products with happy money
  • now this might seem somewhat awkward but happy money does have value for to bring happiness into this world you have to do something and so products that come bundled with happy money might be more expensive and in that case it is exactly the happy money you're paying extra for
